With over 20 years’ experience in business management and people development, Sally plays a pivotal role in supporting iNHouse’s client-facing team. Until recently, she also oversaw key support services including finance, HR, and recruitment.

As iNHouse continues to grow, Sally now focuses exclusively on leading the company’s people and culture function. Her passion for sustainable organisational growth is reflected in the collaborative, inclusive environment she cultivates. A dedicated mentor, Sally takes particular pride in supporting early-career professionals, especially women and individuals underrepresented in public affairs.

Before joining iNHouse, Sally led a team of over 20 at the high-street retailer Boots. She holds a degree in American Studies.
