Paul Hilliar
Associate Director
Paul brings a wealth of experience in politics and public relations to iNHouse, having played a pivotal role in the Labour Party’s endorsement strategy for the 2024 General Election. He was instrumental in securing endorsements from high-profile figures, expert voices, and case studies for each of the Party’s 5 Missions. Paul was also the parliamentary candidate for South Holland and the Deepings, an experience that gave him invaluable insights into both the inner workings of the Labour Party and the local issues impacting communities.
Paul also spearheaded the Labour Party’s engagement with the creative industries, leading the successful Labour Creatives Conference in March 2024, which brought together 250 arts leaders at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Before entering politics, Paul enjoyed a career in Public Relations, working on major campaigns for global brands including Netflix, Uber, Sainsbury’s, and Meta. He held senior positions at award-winning agencies like Hope&GloryPR and also worked in-house at Pokémon and FindMyPast.
Paul’s background as a trained actor adds a creative edge to his work. He was last seen as the lead in The Mousetrap in the West End in 2020 – the first show back after the pandemic.
