Katie joined iNHouse in February 2025 as an Operations Manager, bringing support across finance, HR, and operations. In her role, she plays a key part in streamlining operational processes and supporting business growth.

With over eight years of experience within the insurance and consulting sectors, Katie has developed a keen interest in financial operations and process improvement.

Before joining iNHouse, Katie worked as a People Manager, where she earned a Level 5 CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management.
