Jen joined the team as an Account Manager. Prior to joining iNHouse, she held the position of Head of Policy and Research at Best for Britain until June 2023, starting as Research Officer in 2020. She is actively engaged within Labour and Scottish Labour, including her involvement with the Fabian Society, Scottish Fabians, Labour in Comms and Labour networks in Scotland.  Jen has previously worked with trade unions including the GMB, Unison, Unite, and the TUC to shape and develop policy from health to trade policy.​
