Enya Evans
Executive Assistant to CEO and Chair
Enya has extensive political experience having worked in both the House of Lords and House of Commons for 3 years. She has managed both the Westminster and constituency offices of Scottish Liberal Democrat MPs and led on several key campaigns. This included coordinating Parliament’s largest ever All-Party Parliamentary Group, the Gaps in Support APPG, which had a membership of 261 MPs from all political parties. This APPG successfully secured changes to the furlough scheme, so it extended to the self-employed. As the former Head of Communications for Jamie Stone MP, Enya also brings to iNHouse a network of journalist and politician contacts from Holyrood as well as Westminster.
Prior to joining iNHouse, Enya was the executive assistant to the Principal of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. In this role, Enya drove change in governance procedures and coordinated several flagship events, in addition to contributing to a renewed strategic plan that centred on equality, diversity and inclusion.
Enya has a politics degree from the University of Portsmouth and an MA in Political Theory from the University of Sheffield.
