Dean joined the iNHouse team following a successful period at the Labour Party where he was involved in the delivery of the party’s commercial partnerships offer, annual conference, business conference, and several successful election campaigns.

As part of the party’s core conference delivery group, Dean played a central role in delivering several record-breaking Exhibitions at the party’s Annual Conference. This role involved developing commercial partnerships with a range of stakeholders across Business, NGO’s, Trade unions, Charities and Media organisations. Dean was also responsible for developing partnerships across several regions of the UK, helping to drive forward the party’s business engagement strategy regionally.

Dean also developed a varied events portfolio that has seen him deliver several events with senior Labour figures and high-profile stakeholders. These events have included regional conferences, business receptions, regional training events, campaign sessions, fundraisers, and visits.
