CH2M Hill

The global infrastructure giant CH2M Hill contracted iNHouse to assist in communicating its work on the Olympic Park and other projects links with a range of stakeholders across local and national Government, Westminster and the media.

As a respected delivery partner for the 2012 Olympic Game, the employee-owned company had just taken over UK-based engineering firm Halcrow and wanted to communicate its enhanced market position ahead of bidding for Government contracts including those for the Ministry of Defence and Cabinet Office, in addition to existing work for the Highways Agency and as part of the HS2, Crossrail and Thames Tideway teams.

iNHouse developed and assisted in the execution of a detailed stakeholder engagement plan and assisted with messaging around the new structure of the merged business and recruitment plans, organising constituency visits for MPs, alongside meetings with key journalists and Ministers.   We also provided valuable political and media monitoring to support the internal BID team in their preparation in Government contract processes.
